About this Event
Dine by festive candlelight as Chef Claire Woodier creates and serves the most wonderful Christmas five course feast for our Moregeous Supper Club guests. The lights on the tree will be twinkling, the corks will be popping and the aroma of gingerbread filling the air. We can't wait to dress the house and welcome you here for this marvellous and unique evening where you'll relax for the whole evening with your friends and family.
WELCOME DRINK : Sparkling mulled wine bellini

FESTIVE CANAPE : Chicken liver paté cornet with pistachio and cherry

VEGGIE CANAPE - Whipped goats cheese cornet with pistachio and cherry

STARTER : Jerusalem artichoke velouté with hazelnut and parmesan biscotti, truffled brie de meaux, pickled pear and micro-herbs( V)

MAIN : Rolled and roasted turkey crown stuffed with fresh sage, apple and walnut stuffing

VEGGIE MAIN - Roasted root m’hanncha. Rolled and twisted filo pie filled with spiced and roasted butternut squash, beetroot, kale, feta, dried apricots

MAIN COURSE VEGETABLES - Garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes, honey and demerara glazed carrots, mulled wine red cabbage with crispy fried sprouts, pan turkey gravy, cranberry sauce
PRE-DESSERT: Blood orange granita with pomegranate and gold
PUDDING : Chocolate gingerbread with creme anglaise and gingerbread latte ice cream

As usual it's BYO wine or beer, or soft drinks, with no corkage charged.
Glasses, water and ice provided.
We start at 6.30pm
For guests who haven't dined with us before, the venue is just off Wilmslow Road in between Withington and Fallowfield, in a private home and lush garden setting. There is lots of free on-road parking or we're two mins walk from the bus route into Manchester. Taxis easily available at the evening.
