Join us for Truth & Triage: Grief & Movement, a gentle movement experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and release physical tension in a safe, supportive environment. This is not a high-intensity workout. It’s a calm, low-impact session with intentional movement, breath awareness, and a moment of stillness with scripture to close.
