Please join us for a 75-minute Christian Meditation and Prayer Journaling event designed to support reflection and spiritual renewal during the sacred season of Lent. Lent is a time of prayer, stillness, and deepening our connection with God, and this gathering offers space to do just that.
In the first part of the class, we will experience a gentle restorative Christian meditation called “In the Peace Garden with Jesus,” inviting rest, presence, and quiet communion with Christ. The second half of the event will focus on mindful prayer journaling, guided by thoughtful prompts and questions to help you stay centered in heartfelt conversation with God. Together, we’ll spend time in stillness, reflect on God’s Word, and write prayers, thoughts, and insights as a way to connect more deeply with our faith. No prior experience with meditation or journaling is needed — just an open heart and a desire to draw closer to God.
This event also includes complimentary hot tea, warm Lake Superior stones, and hot towels infused with essential oils, creating a peaceful and nurturing environment for body, mind, and spirit.
