About this Event
Interested in losing weight? looking for a team to keep you motivated? Well, you're in the right place. Please join Brash and David, professional dancers as they lead a high-intense cardio burning dance workout while grooving to upbeat Christian Music.
This event will be outside of the Indian Creek Library at the Pavillion (located next to the playground area). This will be a small group event so we expect no more than 20 people to allow a more intimate but friendly environment.
The dances moves will be choregraphed by Brash and David and are simple enough for even a child or older person to learn (so don't worry about catching on).
Light breakfast and refreshements will be available. Breaks can be taken as necessary.
