Info: We’ll stay grounded throughout class and play with what it looks like to intuitively move on the floor safely and thoughtfully. You’ll leave with tools that help you care for your body long term.

Info: Train your ear and refine your instrument. This class focuses on phrasing, texture, timing, and dynamic nuance to help dancers move with precision, depth, and musical fluency.
