Together we are bringing love into children’s homes and unlocking their potential to be incredible places for children to live and thrive, and to be the foundation for successful and happy adult lives.
Event Summary:
This is the conference that informs, networks and celebrates Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals, owners and those who support their leadership. The theme for 2026, ‘The Complexity of Care: Excelling Amid the Challenges’, reflects the reality of today’s landscape. Children’s situations and needs are increasingly complicated. Regulatory expectations are rigorous. Workforce pressures persist. Financial environments and multi-agency working is demanding. And yet, despite this, most children’s homes continue to demonstrate excellence. Our conference aims to share knowledge, strengthen skills, and support you throughout your leadership journey.
