On Saturday, May 23, the Chouffe Classic starts in Houffalize and offers a challenging ride through the province of Luxembourg and the East Cantons. Riders can choose from 160 km, 130 km, 105 km, or 65 km, all featuring tough climbs including the Côte de Haussire, the steepest climb in Belgium.Along the way, participants can enjoy a Chouffe at Brasserie d’Achouffe and receive a free bottle at the finish. New this year is the Chouffe Pasta Party on Friday evening, with package pickup, food, drinks, and music to kick off the weekend.
