About this Event
Chosen Family MCR was founded to create a community amongst estranged people, careleavers, and people struggling with family relationships. It is managed by 3 estranged queer people with a range of different experiences.
We will be holding our next social on the 17th May.
1️⃣🧺 We will provide some blankets, cushions and camping chairs, but feel free to also bring your own!
2️⃣🍓 We will provide snacks to share but please also bring your own!
3️⃣🌥️ Bring warm layers! You know how much Manchester weather changes its mind 😵💫
There is no pressure to stay the whole time, do whatever makes you comfortable. The main reason why we wanted to do this is that so people could feel a sense of community, so don’t be scared, bring a friend if it’ll make you more comfortable, and come and connect 💞
