🎉 Chopwell Woods Summer Trail Runs 27/6/26 Where it all began for WILD DEER EVENTS in 2019! 🦌 We return to our home course, Chopwell Woods, for our annual Summer Trail Runs — and you’re all invited!

Chopwell Wood was the home of our very first event in 2019 and is also the perfect venue for our popular Christmas Trail Runs every December.
This Forestry England site is set within 360-hectares of mixed woodland and is a real gem, located next to Rowlands Gill, on the fringe of Gateshead.

This event is Canicross friendly 🐾 — one controlled dog per runner is allowed.

Live Chip Timing will be provided by Timing Up North.

Free on-site parking is available, but spaces are VERY limited. Please walk to the event or car share where possible.
