The 11th National Chopin Competition in 2025 marks a 50-year milestone for the Quinquennial Piano Competition and is hosted by the Frost School of Music at the University of MIami. Enjoy the first three rounds at the Robert and Judi Prokop Newman Recital Hall at the Knight Center for Music Innovation, a new 25,000-square-foot state-of-the-art performance and technology center. Each session is free and open to the public.Seating is limited, and separate reservations are required for each session.
All others are general admission.
From January 4 through 12, witness 24 TOP US Pianists performing 60 recitals! One pianist will go home with a $100,000 first prize!
Preliminary Round - January 4 and 5 (12 pianists each day)
Quarterfinals - January 6 and 7 (9 pianists each day)
Semifinals - January 8 and 9 (6 pianists each day)
*Finals - January 11 and 12 (3 pianists with orchestra each day)

The Chopin Piano Competition Finals are held at the Maurice Gusman Concert Hall at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami.
