About this Event
Volume 3 is an evening of new gastro stories and food dreams from the culinary minds of Chef Victor Ugwueke and our friends who love to chop!
Join us for a spice-powered food adventure in a special Nigerian Indepence Day menu curated with worldrenowned culinary expert and writer Ozoz Sokoh. Our celebration is inspired by the most exciting new chapter in Nigerian food this year - CHOP CHOP Cookbook.
We invite you to share our table as we cook up recipes of regional rarities, beloved traditions, and epic flavour discoveries collected in this voluminious love letter to the richness of Nigerian kitchens.
