Chop It Up is an intimate live culinary experience hosted by Chef Chosen, where culture meets flavor and conversation.

We’ll kick things off with a hands-on epis workshop — you’ll build your own Haitian marinade from scratch. From there, Chef Chosen will demonstrate how to layer bold Caribbean flavors into seasoned chicken and authentic diri djon djon.

Then we eat and connect.
