I was feeling all of the above for years, I felt so alone and confused.
I got so obsessed with personal development and healing myself because I knew I wanted better for myself and my life and I was going to make it happen. Sometimes I felt like I was on the right track and other times I felt like I was no closer than where I began.
I had been doing the work for years, I had my awakening and yet I still knew something was missing.

Hey there! For those of you who don't know me yet, I’m Bek,
I’m The Self-Love Coach, Therapist, Yoga & Meditation Teacher :)
I was where you are, I was you.
I knew something was missing and it was closer than what I realised. I just needed to reconnect to that part of myself that I was rejecting, running away from and afraid to feel.
That’s why I am hosting an event to guide you back to yourself, to choose you again (something that took me 7 years to discover, I will show you in 4hrs). I will teach you how to embrace yourself by putting yourself above all else so you can open your heart and feel the love that’s within, attracting deeper connections and more intimacy in your life. So you can live the life you truly desire and the way to make it happen is by choosing you!

What's the Schedule for the Event?
17th July 2024 (9.30- 2.30 PM)
Heart Opening Breathwork
You will be guided to open your heart and connect with our own divine love, uncovering who you really are inside.
*Please note this breathwork is gentle yet very powerful so please avoid eating a heavy meal prior to the event (if you do eat breakfast aim for a light one) and ideally no caffeine on the day of the event.
Soul Sister Mirroring:
To connect us to our divine feminine, the world out there is a mirror of the world inside you, when you connect to the divine outside of you you connect to the divine within.
Connection Exercises:
Will we be engaging in a range of various activities that will help you let go of the past and embrace who you are as well as who you are becoming. Learning to trust your intuition and soul will allow you to go within to discover your true power. Developing a deeper connection to your own love which will allow you to experience more intimacy in all areas of your life.

We will be opening your heart to connect yourself to more love, reconnecting with your inherent worth and aligning with the woman you were meant to be, free, joyful and connected to this beautiful life.
We will take you through somatic and emotional processes on how to connect deeper with your body, mind and soul, the benefits of feeling safe and fulfilled in your body and how to be the magnet for the life you truly desire!
The intention is for you to connect more deeply with yourself and for you to leave knowing you are the number one person in your life and know what the next steps are for you to take in life.
This is an opportunity to come back to your own divine love and why you came into being on earth at this time.
In this open, expressive container, you will have the opportunity to deeply connect with like-minded people to build a community of Soul Sisters!

What is the Date of the Event? And Where?
Come join us on July 17th 2024 at the beautiful Sol Gardens.
10 Bairns Road, in the Currumbin Valley QLD 4223.
What Time Does the Event Start?
We will start at 9.30am and close the day at 2.30PM.
What Do I Need to Bring?
Please bring a smile, water bottle snack and lunch, pen and notepad, wear comfy clothes a yoga mat, a blanket, and if pillow for extra comfort. Allow your heart to beat open, lean in with open arms and let's co-create some MAGIK!
Do We Have Breaks in Between the Event?
Yes, there is a short 45-minute break during the event and you'll have the opportunity to snack, rest and network. Please note that there is a small cafe (Currumbin Valley Harvest) 5 mins up the road if you did need to go and purchase some food.
What Happens If I Can't Make the Event? Refund...
You have the opportunity to gift your ticket to someone else before the event. Please contact our Queens [email protected] to arrange this as tickets are limited and there are no refunds.
Other Important Info
You will be lying down for the breathwork and sitting on the ground for most of the event. Chairs are available to use, however, please let Bek know if you require a chair so it can be organised in advance for you.
