In this hands-on tasting workshop, we'll explore how and why chocolate tastes different depending on where in the world the cocoa beans were grown. You'll sample several different single-origin chocolates and learn how to pick up on the unique flavor notes in each. If you're attending a free class and are able to walk a short distance (of 1 block), please consider parking on Altadena Ave and walking over. This keeps our lot available and flowing for customers shopping at our three businesses who may be on tight schedules. We greatly appreciate your spirit of generosity when it comes to our shared space.
