About this Event
In celebration of Black Maternal Health Week, the Black Infant Health (BIH) Program invites participants and community members to a screening of Chocolate Milk: The Documentary by Elizabeth Gray Bayne. The film highlights the importance of breastfeeding in the Black community by exploring the historical, cultural, and systemic barriers that have shaped infant feeding practices, while uplifting the voices and experiences of Black mothers, families, and advocates working to reclaim breastfeeding as a source of health, empowerment, and generational healing.
