It’s been a minute since our last true Chocolate Groove gathering!
Over the past several months, we’ve only hosted special concerts for international artists and massive collaborations — so we’re beyond excited to return with a homegrown community celebration.

This event brings together a lineup of beloved Groove favorites and incredible debut artists, all woven together with wellness workshops, live music, and DJs.
A full-spectrum experience designed to uplift your body, heart, and spirit. 🌈

So get ready to drop in, tune up, and get down.
This is more than a party—it’s a celebration of freedom, rhythm, and raw connection.
We gather to shake loose, let go, and root ourselves in the beat GROOVE.

At THE GET DOWN, we trade perfection for presence, small talk for soul talk, and inhibition for ecstatic liberation.

This is a judgment-free, alcohol-free experience where you can fully express, connect, and elevate—with your body, your breath, and your community.

We’re creating an intentional space where you can come as you are and leave more of yourself on the dance floor.

For the past six years, Chocolate Groove has been hosting conscious, intentional celebrations—creating a safe, inclusive space for gathering, drinking cacao, dancing, and deep connection.

As a staple “Sober Celebration” event in Toronto, we bring a wellness-focused, retreat-style experience to the nightlife scene.
Since our first alcohol-free dance gathering in 2018, we’ve continued to evolve—holding space for both Ecstatic Dance and meaningful social connection.

At our core, we are more than just a dance party—we are a community.
A space for authentic connection, expression, and celebration where everyone is welcome.
