About this Event
We've partnered with our friends at Ethereal Confections in Woodstock for our first ever Chocolate Dinner!
Our chefs--Cameron St. Clair, Kent Abernathy, & Elijah Day--will be preparing a special 5-course tasting menu, highlighting chocolate in several forms. Their dishes will be creatively paired with cocktails and wine from our mixologist, Taylor Hopkins.
Between courses, Michael Ervin from Ethereal will be talking about the making of chocolate, the parts of the cacao plant used, and the relationship he has built with cacao farmers through his many years as a chocolatier. If you love chocolate--from dark to white to ruby--and supporting independent businesses, we think you'll love this event.
This ticket includes all food and drinks. Please do let us know if you or anyone in your party will not be partaking in alcohol, and we will have N/A options prepared for you. We unfortunately cannot accommodate special dietary restrictions for this event, though we will honor our mission to cook with natural products sourced from local farmers whenever possible.
