Join us for this fun chocolate class where chocolate artist, Chef Melissa Meyer, will guide you in creating a beautiful chocolate bar for you to take home. We'll start by creating a topical background out of royal icing. After that, we will we hand craft a palm tree out of modeling chocolate. This class is perfect for foodies visiting the island and chocolate lovers alike!
About Your Instructor
Chef Melissa Meyer was a pastry chef for Disney and taught at a culinary school. She studied chocolate under esteemed chocolatier, Chef Ewald Notter. She now teaches chocolate workshops in Honolulu.
