About this Event
REHAB’s Adaptive Cycling Events are a safe space for our community with physical disabilities to experience the thrill of cycling and camaraderie alongside others who face similar challenges. With the support of Team REHAB and our awesome volunteers, participants journey on adaptive cycling routes to exercise and enjoy the great outdoors.
Volunteers are needed for "buddy riders" who will escort partcipants along the bike path. Buddy riders must have access to their own helmet and bicycle.
Volunteers are also needed for bike fitting, transfer assistance, event set up and breakdown, registration and wayfinding.
Please call 808.566.3741 or email [email protected] for any additional questions.
REHAB’s Adaptive Cycling Events are made possible in partnership with Adaptive Adventures, the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System and Hawai‘i Bicycling League.
