We can all admit it--the last course on Valentine's Day can set the mood for the rest of your romantic night (or a raunchy night of fun with friends). What we don't always consider is the unbelievable range of pairings you can imagine with the classic chocolate or cheese course, so join the pairing princess Stephanie for a pre-Valentine's Day whirl of hedonism that will elevate your experience. And while the pairings are romantic, the class doesn't have to be--there is nothing better than a Pal-entine's or Gal-etine's that only revolves around the real stars of the holiday.
We will taste through five rare styles of perfectly balanced dessert wines, five seasonal selections of local Jardi's Valentine's chocolates, and pair them like world-class experts with cheeses that compliment like nothing else.
