Chocolate & Beer Pairing
Join us at Town Brewing Co. for a guided chocolate and beer tasting experience featuring handcrafted chocolate from Nostalgia Chocolate paired with our beers.
Your ticket includes a curated tasting of four specially crafted chocolate bars and one truffle, each thoughtfully paired with a flight of four beers and one beer cocktail designed to highlight the flavors of both the chocolate and the beer.
The tasting will be led by Chocolate Maker Tyler Cagwin of Nostalgia Chocolate and Head Brewer Feddy de la Torre. Together, they’ll guide you through each pairing, sharing insight into the chocolate-making process, brewing techniques, and how flavors interact between the two.
Nostalgia Chocolate is a small-batch chocolate maker based in Huntersville, NC, focused on ethically sourced cacao and carefully crafted chocolate bars that highlight the unique character of each origin.
After the tasting, Tyler will have chocolate bars and other treats available for purchase, so you can take home some of your favorites.
