Event introduction by Kerry Witt with welcome drinks and chocolate to tasteA brief demonstration of creating your chocolate treats in dark and milk chocolate with flavours to add whether it’s a drop of baileys or orange oil the choice is yours.
You will then work individually to make 24 truffles to fill your calendar
Whilst your truffles are setting, Kerry will demonstrate how to temper chocolate
You will then be tempering your own chocolate & this will be used to finish your truffles
You will then package your truffles using colourful foils to place into the calendar
Leave with a chocolate calendar to enjoy every day leading up to Christmas Day.
