Chit Chat with a Kit Kat and Coffee!
This is for 'all women' of all ages and from all walks of life who just need to be heard, and to share their worries, burdens, stresses, grief, sadness, loss etc.. and my friend and myself are realising there are alot of us out there experiencing these emotions for a myriad of reasons, be it loss, be it menopause, be it grief, stress, anxiety, depression, financial, family stuff, so my beautiful friend and I thought it would be a great idea to extend our little sessions that we have been having to more women who are in need of just being free to feel what we feel, to be honest, raw and open and not feel judged for our thoughts and emotions in a safe, loving, caring, understanding space, where we can support each other to be "Brave Bold and Beautiful" under pressure
We are human beings doing the best we can with what we have in a world that has sort of gone a bit pear shape hey, so this 'Beautiful Woman', is about allowing you and me to speak our truth amongst like minded women in a safe space who are experiencing similar feelings and emotions with no judgement, just love and understanding
The positive of this, is when we vocalise and communicate our worries, concerns, hurts, disappointments, sadness, anger, frustrations, annoyances, we actually let go toxic energy from our mind, body, soul which actually improves our health and wellbeing mentally and physically, fact and truth!
Studies and Statistics have proven that 80% of illnesses are caused by STRESS, so let's just do something kind, caring, loving and healing for us, and let's get together and get raw, real and natural, and chit chat about whatever it is you want to chit chat about, no judgement of course within reason lol :)

p.s Great coffee shop next door on the same level :) or bring your own coffee or tea in a flask if that's what you prefer as I know some people are particular with their drinks like I can be sometimes lol :)
