Chinese Tea Ceremony Workshop: Brewing Wuyi Rock Tea with Gaiwan

In this immersive learning experience, you’ll first join a peaceful Chinese tea ceremony, and then learn to perform it yourself. Each session will feature a premium tea specially selected for the season and masterfully brewed.

For this session, we’ll brew Wuyi Rock Tea, an oolong tea perfect for the winter days, with a gaiwan using the gongfu brewing method.
