About this Event
For this session, we’ll explore bowl brewing for green tea, a simple and graceful way to bring out the freshness, aroma, and texture of tender leaves. We’ll work with two classic Chinese green teas: Pre-Qingming Dongting Biluochun and Pre-Qingming Xinyang Maojian. Through tasting and hands-on practice, you’ll learn how water temperature, leaf amount, and pouring rhythm shape the experience of green tea in an open bowl.
