"8 Treasures 八宝" - Chinese New Year Dinner
Join us on Sat, Feb 14, 2026 at Creature Comforts Cafe in Boulder for the 3rd Annual "8 Treasures 八宝", an 8 course Chinese New Year tasting menu by Rising Tiger Chef/Owner Devin Keopraphay. The menu features a spin on some Chinese classics and other inspired dishes with bold Asian flavors. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings will be available to purchase to accompany the tasting menu.
Rising Tiger is an Asian American Eatery that specializes in innovative brunch fare based out of Longmont, and Creature Comforts Cafe is an all-day cafe in Boulder specializing in coffee, beer, wine and tasty eats with an Asian influence. Together, these two businesses have collaborated to bring this unique dinner event to the community.

Please note that due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate ingredient substitutions or modifications to the 8-course tasting menu. The menu features seafood, pork, chicken and vegetables. The menu is largely gluten-free, with the exception of the noodles dish, however gluten-free noodles are available for the noodle dish with advance notice, making the entire meal gluten-free.
