About this Event
The Blue Center for Global Strategic Assessment will host a lecture on “China in U.S. Strategy” as part of the center’s Co-Lectures in the Theory and Practice of Statecraft series. The lecture will be delivered by John Gaddis, Robert A. Lovett Professor of Military & Naval History, and Julian Gewirtz, Senior Director for China (’24-25), Senior Advisor (’23-24), National Security Council (’23-24); Deputy Coordinator for Global China Affairs, State Department (’22-23)
The series pairs practitioners from government and industry with Yale professors to deliver joint, hour-long lectures on subjects of mutual expertise. Practitioners discuss events or policy initiatives in which they participated, and academics cover related insights or results generated by their research.
The lectures are open to the Yale community. Registration is required.
