Please Note: This session is for those who identify as women and are over 18 only.
Join us for our last session of 2025, where we will be getting in the festive spirit! Whether you celebrate Diwali, Winter Solstice, or Christmas, we want to welcome everyone to join us in getting creative, making decorations for your home to celebrate the season. These could be Christmas tree decorations or ornaments to hang around the house. We will be providing all the materials needed but please feel free to bring along any personal things you want to incorporate such as old decorations you want to upcycle, or natural elements to incorporate into your crafts. 🎄🕯️🖌️
Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. Foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.
The session will be held in the cozy, tranquil, private yurt in Paradise Gardens. You can buy teas, coffees or something stronger from the bar and tap water will be provided.
It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me linked on our website.
Please be aware that the Chin Up team are female but men my be present at the venue as customers/staff in the cafe.
There are limited places due to staffing and the size of the venue, so we ask that you only book a place if you are planning to attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel and let us know so.
