During the holidays, grief can often feel amplified. Gentle movement is a powerful tool to help relieve physical tension, soothe the nervous system and help process grief. Join Emmy Kerr, YTT200, this December for Gentle Chair Yoga. Your 45-minute practice will include meditation, gentle movement and an opportunity to connect with a community of support.
