Welcome to CHILLCON!We're very excited to be back in Sheffield withe a NEW venue!
CHILLCON has been dubbed as one of the North's favourite tabletop conventions, well known for being family friendly and a relaxed atmosphere. CHILLCON is in its fifth year and welcomes some of the most loved wargaming and tabletop companies in the industry.
We like to think we're a little different to other conventions, we're wargamers at heart and try to make CHILLCON a perfect day out and pride ourselves on being family friendly. We also are the only UK convention (that we're aware of) that offers our visitors something a little different in the way of tickets. We have our standard tickets for entry to the show but we have a 'Swag Bag' option, which not only gives you entry to the show but you'll have a 'CHILLCON' custom drawstring bag filled with awesome swag... hence the name!

What's On At The Show?
Apart from an abundance of traders and participation games, there’s plenty to see and do at CHILLCON and everything's included in the ticket price!
[NEW] Bitz Blitz: Very similar to our speed painting competition, but you can build an epic figure within 20 minutes to take home! This is made possible by our friends over at Wargames Atlantic!
[NEW] Seminars: More details to follow but we plan to host several seminars throughout the day from some iconic people from the industry!
Painting competition: We’ll also be seeing the return of our amazing painting competition which is FREE to enter and some amazing prizes! More details can be found on our website.
Hobby Clinic: Our amazing team will be hosting the ‘Hobby Clinic’ where you can chat with some fantastic painters such as Golden Daemon winners, commission painters and painters regularly featured in Forge World to get advice on new painting techniques or learn some new skills.
Speed Painting: Well the long and short of it is that it’s a speed painting competition. Through-out the day we will be holding sessions to see who can paint the best model in the short time frame of 20 minutes. Look out for the 'Paint in 20'
Free to play games board library: We're expanding our range of games! We now have a dedicated games master who will be bringing you a huge selection of games where you can sit down and enjoy!
Bring & Buy: A great for clearing any old unfinished projects to fund new ones or maybe you’ll be one to pick up a bargain! Not only will you be making a few pennies you’ll be helping to raise money for our chosen charity ‘Models for Heroes’.
