About this Event
Join us on May 2nd at Alchemy Wellness Center for a gentle, heart-centered hour where children (ages 5–12) are invited to slow down, breathe, and connect with the present moment.
Guided by Nova Love and Pendy Payne, this experience blends playful awareness with calming practices in a safe and nurturing space.
Time: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Investment: $10 per child

Our intention is to create something your child will look forward to each month, deepening the practice over time.
If your child has a yoga mat or beach towel, please bring it along—this is a plus! If not, we will have some available for use.Come as you are—this is a space of love, connection, and growth.
Parents are welcome to hang out in our shop & wellness center!
