Self-Defence for children aged 7+. Ran by Miss Cee, a local Mum and martial arts instructor who has gained a qualification in children's self defence to give all children a head start in confidence, self protection and self esteem.
These are one off sessions that we're running to give children a basic knowledge of how to protect themselves.
£5 per child.
1 hour session.
Parents/Guardians stay on the premises whilst the session is running.
