Children’s Paper Making Workshop with Mindy Paper Art Studio
This hands-on workshop is designed for children who love to create and learn by doing. Participants will discover how paper is made and how scrap paper can be reused instead of thrown away. Using a simplified process with a blender, water, and a variety of molds and deckles, kids will create their own brand-new sheets of paper from recycled materials.
Children are encouraged to work at their own pace—some may finish sooner than others. Parents of older children are welcome to explore the Museum during the session.
Take-home papermaking kits will be available for purchase at the end of the workshop so the creativity can continue at home!
