About this Event
We are reaching out to share an exciting initiative that is coming to our community: the launch of a new Children’s Museum of New Bern. Our vision is to create an interactive, educational, and inspiring space where children of all ages and abilities can explore, discover, and learn through hands-on exhibits, creative play, and programs designed to spark curiosity. The museum will serve as a resource not just for families, but also for schools, educators, and community groups throughout Eastern North Carolina.
The museum is a grassroots effort by excited volunteers in our community as well as the We Can Be Association, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization created in 2020 to assist with funding for equipment, therapy, and out-of-pocket medical expenses for children and their families in Eastern North Carolina.
As a valued member of the New Bern area business community, we would like to personally invite you to be a part of this project. Your support – whether through sponsorship, in-kind contributions, or community partnership – will help bring this dream to life and ensure that children in our area have a space dedicated to imagination, growth and lifelong learning.
