Class DescriptionThese sessions are for anyone and everyone who loves sewing, stitching, unpicking (o.k. maybe we don’t love unpicking, but sometimes it is needed 😊) and any other activities involving fabrics. It is for children between the age of 8yrs old and 14yrs old (we ask that adult stay with children below the age of 12yrs old).
Bring your latest project and sew together with others. Come along if you have started a project following YouTube/book/pattern got stuck and need help. Pop in if you want to meet others who love sewing. We have always plenty of ideas as what to make if you are looking for a new project.
What do I need to bring?
You will need your project, or idea what you would like to make. Essential is to bring good mood, smile, patience, and enthusiasm. But don’t worry if you are a bit grumpy and not sure what to do or how to progress, we will help 😊
Just to sew things up...
You can use any of our sewing machines (Janome Sewing machines, Embroidery machine and Overlockers) cutting and ironing tools, lots of different colours and types of threads.
We have plenty of scraps, offcuts and tricky materials for you to try before you start your project. Refreshments and biscuits are included.

If your child is older than 12year old but require an adult to support them during the lesson, please contact us to discuss, we will do our best to consider your circumstances and come to a reasonable agreement for both sides
