We are pleased to have once again secured the services of the excellent classic Black Sabbath tribute band Children of the Gravy for a night of music from the fathers of heavy metal on Wednesday 22nd July: marking 1 year since the passing of legendary frontman (and Brummie) Ozzy Osbourne!The band's aim is to provide a rock-solid, authentic show, featuring an array of Ozzy-era Sabbath classics, with a large helping of humour (including some 'industrial' Ozzy-style language too ... you have been warned!) thrown in, with the following mission statement: "We blast em out (no ballads, and don't ask us for "Changes" or I'll bite the head off your dog) Just all the rocking Sabbath stuff you remember, and some that Sabbath never or rarely played live" ... who could ask for more?
So, if you want to hear Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Into the Void, Killing Yourself to Live/National Acrobat and War Pigs played live and loud - and as close sounding as you'll get to early Sabbath - then this is a gig you won't want to miss!
Looking at past gigs by the boys, they tend to sell out way before the date so we'd recommend booking your tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.
