You might have read in August's 'Heworth Matters' that our ward councillors Claire, Ben and Bob are please to announce that they are in a position for our community to make a decision on what the Play Area is going to look like. If you came to the AGM you will have heard Dave Meigh from CYC say that the project had been put out to tender and the deadline for submissions was 29th October. Three designs have been shortlisted and can be viewed at a Public Meeting taking place in Holy Trinity Church on 26th November at 6pmBob will also be taking the designs to Heworth Primary and Tang Hall primary to hear from the young people about what they want to see.
