Child Yoga at the Park (Pay-what-you-can)
Join us for a fun and relaxing child yoga session in person at the park! Please bring your own mat or blanket :)
Kids Yoga in the Park is a gentle, story-based yoga class geared towards children ages 4–7. Through imaginative movement, simple breathing, and playful exploration, kids are invited to move their bodies, build confidence, and discover calm in a relaxed outdoor setting.
Each class includes a guided yoga adventure and a creative reflection activity at the end. Caregivers are asked to remain nearby. Reserve your spot now!
Our yoga story will be about 35 mins long, starting around 10:30am, followed by some mindful activity sheets and conversation. The class will be roughly 45-50 mins long, however, some kids may want more/less time working on our activities.
All ages are welcome, we just remind caregivers to remain nearby, especially with the littles. Older kids may not find the same engagement as this is geared towards ages 4-7, however, everyone is invited to participate!
Let your little ones stretch, breathe, and have a blast outdoors with other kids. It's all about good vibes, gentle moves, and connecting with nature. Perfect for children of all levels – no experience needed. Bring your mats, smiles, and get ready to flow!
