Join Wellness Coach Smita Sadhu and the teams from aProCh at Parents of the Park for a morning where "Health" isn’t a lecture it’s a game! We believe that the best way for children to learn lifelong healthy habits is through movement, laughter, and hands-on play.

Set in the beautiful greenery of Law Garden, this workshop is designed to get kids moving and thinking about their well-being in the most fun way possible.
