* Lunch (True Cut Ranch pasture-raised pulled pork, slaw, chips, baked beans, apple cobber with local apples)
* One whole chicken, which you'll help process, to take home in shrink wrap (add on more at $22 each)
* Choice of activities after we're done processing: join Fred for a farm tour and receive guidance from Fred about how to raise poultry from brooding to the field or join Melissa to explore possibilities for what to do with all the chicken you'll now be ready to process at home, including freezer organization, pressure-canning, broth making, and more
