10:30 am-10:45 am - Meeting Planner Arrival and Casual Networking over Light Breakfast Hors d’oeuvres and Coffee.

10:45 am-11:00 am - Welcome & Introduction to the Luxury Meetings Summit by our Emcee Jacob Ahrens.

11:00 am-1:00 pm - Speed Meetings™ between Meeting Planners & Hoteliers/Suppliers. This time allows for networking between meeting planners & attending hoteliers via our structured Speed Meetings™ format, which ensures every meeting planner spends 8 minutes with every hotelier/supplier and vice versa.

1:00 pm-2:30 pm -Gourmet Plated Luncheon provided by the Forbes Five Star, Trump International Hotel & Tower, Chicago

1:30 pm - 1:45 pm - MeetingsTalk™ (our 15-minute TED Talk-style speaker, with a meetings industry-relevant speaker, inspiring and enlightening the entire group while everyone is enjoying their wonderful lunch).

1:45 pm - 2:10 pm - Prizes will be drawn for the meeting planners via our lively and highly amusing Game Show format. It's a hoot! (Planners must be there for the duration of the event and complete all their Speed Meetings to be eligible for prizes)

2:30 pm - Attendee Departure w/ Complimentary Valet Parking

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm (OPTIONAL SITE VISIT & HAPPY HOUR) - The award-winning team of Trump International Hotel & Tower, Chicago, would like to host a little Happy Hour for all the meeting planners who participate in the site inspection of this beautiful Forbes Five-Star property!
