Welcome to our weekly mixology classes - the perfect opportunity to take your bartending skills to the next level! Each week, we'll be focusing on a different theme or aspect of mixology, so you can learn how to craft delicious and unique cocktails for any occasion.
From classic cocktail recipes to innovative new drinks, our classes will cover a wide range of topics. Some weeks, we'll dive into the history and traditions behind classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned or the Negroni. Other weeks, we'll explore new and trendy ingredients, like mezcal or bitters.
Our expert instructors will guide you through each class, sharing their knowledge and experience to help you hone your mixology skills. You'll learn techniques like shaking, stirring, and muddling, as well as how to balance flavors and create your own signature cocktails.
