CHI WOW WAH CITY & Bare Foot Beat proudly present the Byron Bay debut of Uone’s The Doors & Jim Morrison Tribute Experience, landing at The Arts Factory Precinct on Saturday, 18th April.Celebrating 60 years of The Doors, this world-first deep house tribute transforms the legendary music, poetry, and spirit of Jim Morrison into a two-hour immersive audio-visual experience. Featuring custom remixes, rare edits, and iconic tracks including Riders on the Storm, L.A. Woman, Light My Fire, Break On Through and Roadhouse Blues, Uone reimagines the catalogue through hypnotic grooves, psychedelic textures, and driving dancefloor energy.
Set within the vibrant creative grounds of The Arts Factory, this special Byron Bay edition invites music lovers to gather under the spell of Morrison’s mythology, where the spirit of late-60s counterculture meets the pulse of a modern dancefloor ritual.
Far beyond a DJ set, the show unfolds as a full-blown Tribute Experience, complete with immersive visuals, era-inspired stage aesthetics, and a carefully curated sonic journey that channels the mystique of The Doors while igniting the dancefloor with deep house alchemy.
Joining the night is a colourful cast of collaborators and local legends. Bare Foot Beat Head Shaman Monsieur Diop will guide the ceremonial spirit of the evening, while longtime Doors devotees and CHI WOW WAH regulars Greg Sara & De Saint bring their musical magic to the gathering. Adding an unforgettable communal moment, The Big Voice Choir will also join the celebration, lifting voices and frequencies together in true Byron Bay style.
