Hey CHHS Family.. We have had a heck of a season since our last sizable gathering.. It’s always difficult losing friends and family, but watching our already small family dwindle, has been truly difficult.
We have decided to do a little retro gathering this year, nothing formal or fancy, just a get together to visit and do a little catching up, back at Vera Cruz.. where this version of the 70’s Decade party got it’s start! We realize it may not be for everyone, and we sincerely apologize if the location excludes anyone. Champ Gatlin, Elaine Gage Gatlin and I have decided to go back where we started from… it may be very small, but that’s OK too.
AND…
The CHHS Class of 1975 will be celebrating their 50th! (that just sounds crazy) Randy Wickersham. Arthur McMahan, Vicki Lowry, and Donna Bolin Stewart are working to gather their classmates to celebrate this milestone. I believe they will be meeting at the all school (to 1981) and then moving to Vera Cruz for the young people party….
All this will take place Saturday, September 13… so mark your calendar.. and.. spread the word!
