About this Event
Would you like to start birding but don't know what you need? Are you new to birding and would like to know a bit more about how to improve your skills and what is considered best behaviors when birding? Join us for this introductory class that will cover the bascis of birding and the best practices of birding while out looking for birds.
We will start of indoors for some basics of binocular use, easy ID guide tips, and instuction on what to take with you when you bird. Then we will talk about best practices when on a bird walk, and finally we will put it to use on a short outdoor bird walk.
All levels of birders welcome. We have binocluars you can borrow if you don't have your own!
