Join us for the very first Chesterfield Barrio Fiesta — a Filipino community festival proudly organised by the Chesterfield Filipino Community Association (CFCA) as part of our 20th Anniversary Celebration and in honour of Philippine Independence Day.
This special community event is held under the theme:
✨ “Bayanihan: Bringing Communities Together Through Filipino Arts and Culture.” ✨
Barrio Fiesta is a joyful Filipino celebration of music, dance, arts, food, culture, and community spirit. In the Philippines, fiestas bring people together to celebrate traditions, creativity, friendship, and community connection — and we are excited to bring that same spirit to Chesterfield.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
🎤 Live performances from featured Filipino artists
🎶 Community music, singers, and live entertainment
💃 Filipino cultural dance performances
👗 Community Cultural Parade featuring traditional Filipino attire
🕺 Community Zumba – everyone is welcome to join
🎨 Arts, crafts, storytelling, and creative children’s activities
🖍️ Barrio Fiesta Poster Challenge celebrating Filipino culture and creativity
🎪 Family entertainment including magic tricks
🎠 Children’s roundabout ride, inflatables, bouncy castle, and family game stalls
🍛 Filipino food stalls, community vendors, and local businesses
🛍 Cultural products, services, treats, and more
🎟 Raffle prizes and community activities throughout the day
