Join us for the first-ever Chesterfield Barrio Fiesta, organised by the Chesterfield Filipino Community Association (CFCA) as part of our 20th Anniversary Celebration and in honour of Philippine Independence Day.
This community festival will be held under the theme:
“Bayanihan: Bringing Communities Together Through Filipino Arts and Culture.”
Barrio Fiesta is a vibrant Filipino celebration of music, dance, food, art, and community spirit (bayanihan). In the Philippines, fiestas are a time when communities come together to celebrate, share food, enjoy performances, and welcome everyone — and we are bringing that same spirit here to Chesterfield.
✨ What to expect:
* Live performances from featured artists from the Philippines
* Community singers and cultural dance performances
* Santacruzan Cultural Parade showcasing traditional Filipino costumes
* Community Zumba dance activity – everyone is welcome to join
* Barrio Fiesta Poster Challenge – a creative poster-making activity inspired by Filipino culture
* Filipino food stalls and community vendors
* A fun and welcoming festival atmosphere for the whole community
