Say hello to spring on a weekend in Washington, DC. The end of March falls in the middle of peak bloom season for the cherry blossoms. We will stay Friday - Monday in the Navy Yard area of DC, nearby the Metro station. Depending on interest, we can carpool, take the Metro from Silver Spring or take Amtrak from Harrisburg.Homewood Suites Navy Yard - Solo King room $243 per night ($729) OR share a 2 Queen room $288 per night ($863). We have 8 rooms on reserve but can add more, if needed. Please specify in comments which room you want. You can pair up/assign roommates as we get closer to the weekend if you want to share a queen room.
