Chenjiagou Taijiquan School Slovenia joyfully announces Chen Taijiquan seminar with master Chen Ziqiang in early June 2026.Seminar's predominant focus will be on working with fundamental principles of Chen Taijiquan, as they are transmitted within traditional Chen family line - and their application in Old Frame (Laojia yilu) and push hands practice. First evening we will concentrate on building adequate body structure and connections, and on subsequent days applying these in practice of Old Frame, movement by movement. The seminar is therefore very useful for all Chen Taijiquan adepts, who want to deepen their practical understanding of the art. And it is of course very convenient for people, who want to get started with their Chen Taijiquan practice on solid grounds, learning from the very best - from a training leader of Chenjiagou Xuexiao, master Chen Ziqiang.
Seminar will be held in English language.
PROGRAM
-> Friday evening, June 5th 2026 (2.5 hours) - Jibengong with elements of push hands
-> Saturday & Sunday 6th and 7th June - morning (2.5 hours) and afternoon (2.5 hours) - Old Frame (Laojia yilu)

-> Only one 2.5 hours time module - 100€
-> Two 2.5 hours modules together - 190€
-> Three 2.5 hours modules together - 270€
-> Four 2.5 hours modules together - 340€
-> Whole seminar (five 2.5 hours modules) - 400€
Applications and half price pre-payment until April 25th, 2026 secure the place at the seminar.
Cheaper 'early bird' discount is possible if application with 50% price payment are made until March 31st, 2026 (applicable only for attendance on the whole seminar, or three time modules together):

-> The whole seminar - 350€
In the event of your cancellation until May 10th, 2026, we will refund you 50% of payed sum. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
We can not provide accomodation for our foreign taiji friends, but we can advise you on that matter - there is a decent and affordable little hotel in the vicinity of our training venue.
On Wednesday evening, June 3rd, Master Chen Ziqiang will give a lecture "Chinese culture and Taijiquan". The lecture will be held in Ljubljana. Davidine Siaw Voon Sim and David Gaffney will engage in talking with the master on this topic.
