After more than 30 years performing live and playing music for audiences across the UK and abroad, Bill and Wendy Hester finally bring their own original songs to the stage as Chemistry Uncovered.Recently featured artists on local radio stations Wycombe Sound, Marlow FM and Amazing Radio, Chemistry Uncovered write and perform across a wide range of genres including rock, pop, modern country and EDM — creating a dynamic live show that reflects their diverse musical influences and long-standing passion for songwriting. They will also include some of the cover songs that have inspired them over the years.
This performance is particularly special. Bill grew up in Wycombe (attending RGS), and Bill and Wendy lived locally during the 1990s. To bring their first ever Chemistry Uncovered headline show to Wycombe Arts Centre — a venue dedicated to supporting the local independent music scene — is a real milestone for the band.
Joining them on stage will be Tasha and Tommy Denton, key collaborators in the recording of many Chemistry Uncovered songs. Over the past 15 years they have performed together hundreds of times as part of a successful function band, both in the UK and internationally. Not only exceptional musicians, but great friends, Tasha and Tom complete the line-up for what promises to be a heartfelt and energetic live debut.
